Rehabilitation Professionals (Physical Therapists [PTs] and Occupational Therapists [OTs]): You must attend both days of the live virtual conference and fill out the post-conference Survey Monkey evaluation for Nurses, PTs and OTs to receive a certificate of completion. Link is provided below. PTs licensed in California: You will receive a certificate of completion AND CEUs for attending both days of the live conference. PTs licensed outside of California and all OTs: You will receive a certificate of completion for attending both days of the live conference. You will then need to submit to your certificate of completion to your respective state board for CEU/PDU approval. Physicians and Speech Language Pathologists: Fill out the post-conference Survey Monkey evaluation for Physicians and Speech Language Pathologists. Link is provided below.
